"guys with gucci bags are GAYYYY"
was my response when shan pointed out a guy with a gucci bag the other day on the train... guys who are into branded stuff are damn gay lah!!! especially guys who carry the beige kinda gucci bags... that guy was carrying a black one... so not that bad... BUT STILL GAY!!! guys should carry... i dunno... nike or adidas lah! sporty what!
anyway i dun get why so many ppl like gucci bags!!! along with LV! i get so grossed out when i see young 20 year olds carrying LV bags... cos it just looks so ah mah with the dull colours!! (no im not being jealous and hence eating sour grapes... im still not that pathetic yet) ppl are so blind that they want the baag just for that monogram printed on it -_- even if it looks ugly and doesnt suit their age... avarice lah... superficial... and then the worse thing was that i think last year cherry was such an 'in' thing, and so LV decided to jump into the bandwagon and designed this...
whoever came up with this preposterous design i cannot contemplate... (is making such an ugly thing even legal??? they are just manipulating stupid buyers!! but then again serve these ppl right for being cheated! ha)but what was more unbelievable was that PPL ACTUALLY PAID MONEY TO BUY THIS UGLY THING JUST FOR THE BRAND!!! yuk! i wouldnt be caught dead carrying that!!! somemore besmirched the image of cherry lah!!! gross... some ppl really chase after materialistic things so blindly...
i hate brands with huge logos all over it... like trying to proclaim to the whole world that "HELLO LOOKIE HERE AT MY OH-SO-EXPENSIVE YOU CAN NEVER AFFORD IN UR ENTIRE LIFETIME BAG!!! HAHA!!!"... so attention seeking!!!! i remember i read in a magazine (i think i was vogue) b4 something along the lines that luxury should be subtle and never be in-your-face... i totally agree!!! which is why i loooove hermes and chanel :) (the chanels without the huge double c though :p haha)

wah but then i'll never be so extravagent to spend thousands on a BAG... poooofff... i have much more meaningful areas of spending my money... like inventing a pesticide that kills all cockroaches...
