ohhh my sweetsweet laptop is fixed! i can finally sleep peacefully at night knowing that my computer is no longer plague infested!

documenting my epic battle with Ukrainian hackers! Phil (if that's ur real name *ahem*) is sooooo super helpful and patient! to a total stranger!! (even though his display picture looks unnervingly fierce... horrible creatures elves, well except for dobby)
yay for ppl like phil!!! Everyone's born with a gift, and guys like him choose to use it the right way, using their own time to help noob strangers for FREE... unlike the Ukraine hackers! rot u rotrotrot!!! too bad he lives in US, otherwise i would send [insert stuff that computer brainiacs like] to him! too bad postage is a ripoff!
