haha enough of the eyecandy! im still in a dilemma which one i should buy, or if i should even buy any of them at all! my peeptoes are still pretty new... hmmm...

AND AND AND i've ordered 3 packages online... i'd imagine mummy will be PRETTY mad when she sees it :p updates when i get them! i like to deal with US blogshops the owners are all super nice!

i will NEVER deal with ppl like leather&metal again... URGHHHH just the mention makes me angry... should i continue with my battle with them? i feel so unjust but im jst so tired and irritated!! its wasting so much of my time! its like my WORST online experience EVER... Leather & Metal <-- DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM!!!
the story goes that i purchased my reissue bag from them (knock-offs of the chanel reissue, which is uber classic! i love the metal chain!im now unsure if i'll buy the chanel classicflap or reissue in the future!plus its not that common and carried by all the fobby asians... hate being pedestrian) anyway... i stupidly chose for the lighter cream colour (but the other colour, which is a royal purple shade would be horribly hard to match clothes)... when it got delivered to my doorstep (LITERALLY cos she didnt use registered post, which is RIDICULOUS for a bag that i paid $200 for! it's leather lah!) i realised there was this black mark on the front, which could not be wiped off.

so i emailed Leather & Metal asking for an exchange and they clearly replied that "they will send me $10 postage via paypal"... ok! so i happily sent it back... and then afters? i tried to email them to get the postage money but all my emails were ignored... like wtf??? and it was only when i THREATENED that i was going to lodge a complaint with the consumers association that she replied me with a measly "i am sorry i made a mistake" LIKE SERIOUSLY WTF?!?! im not even exaggerating it was just one line! NO SINCERITY AT ALL! and when i asked why she took so long to reply she told me "SHE WAS SICK"

one-liner again!! by this time i'm seriously doubting her vocabulary... like all u can do is compose single sentences....

i lodged a complaint, but like all things its taking like donkey years to process it... so i dunno if i should march down to their office and demand my $10, since i do feel that right is on my side (what do u think?)... its not the money, comeon its jst $10... its the fact that i feel like i've been cheated and lied to! irresponsible and slacky! insincere and dishonest! i dun even feel like the bag is worth it anymore cos of all the trouble! ARGHHHH!! even if she did 'make a mistake' (which i HIGHLY doubt she did) she has to be responsible for her words... as a business corporation, even a small online business, they have to honour their promises to their customers... and that pisses me off that she's jst trying to brush me off!

so NEVER purchase from Leather & Metal! im not even going to put their website link cos its advertising for them... HORRIBLEHORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

now that i blogged out... i think i AM going to their office and getting me moolahs! and im gna demand an apology!
