fb stalking ppl again and i realised so many ppl from rgs are scattered everywhere... some still in sg, doing med in NUS etc. etc., some went overseas like imperial, yiing in oxford, jm in monash (hello woman who always read my blog but never comments haha!)

makes me wonder what would have happened if i stayed in sg...

would i eventually end up somewhere else as well? would i be studying med?

i think too much... there are tons of little crossroads and decisions leading to where i am today...

if i didnt study hard i wouldnt have a decent PSLE score (or more like if i wasnt asian haha)

if i didnt choose to go rgs (haha i thought it was snobby!)

if i didnt join rgssb

and most importantly if i didnt move to another continent

if i didnt go to sghs and went to a selective/independent high school (it was too late when i came over and i couldnt justify asking my parents to pay the exorbitant school fees since i wasnt on scholarship or whatever shit here)

if i didnt get the uai that i did

if i didnt screw up my umat, and then subsequently screwed up the interview (WOW im so good at screwing up!)

if i didnt pick optometry

where would i be?

i guess i should concentrate on studying now, otherwise the answer to the above question would be
"failing optometry 3rd year and having to pick rubbish and clean toilets for the rest of my life -_-"
